you just need 1 mol of Barium Hydroxide ( Ba(OH)2 )
Ba = 137g
O = 16g
H = 1g
1 mol of Ba(OH)2 = 137 + 2x(16 + 1) = 171g
So... you need dissolve 171g Barium Hydroxide in 1lt of water
