Hacking Copy game from HDD to PC?

I just got my Wii hocked up with an HDD and wanted to copy my games to my computer for backup (and because my HDD isn't that big). However, when I use the WBFS programs the only option I come across is extracting the games as 4+GB ISO images. I don't need a 4+GB file for the 300MB Wii Sports. Is there a way to copy just the raw (smaller) file from my HDD to the computer?

You can scrub the image using wii scrubber which should give you equal size. Dunno if there's a way to do it directly.

Use WBFS Intelligent GUI v6 and extract them in CISO format.

Compress them, either with a compressed folder or just use zip/rar.
