Emulation converting wii u files

so, i got some wii u games on a [pc]usb drive off a friend, had a look in the directories, but all i see are app, tik files etc, how do i get/convert these to run in cemu?

any help/nfo would be welcome

as u can notice, ive just joined, i know nothing about the wii u file structure, only the already converted games to cemu, i've checked the second post, and to be honest, its all french to me
