Hacking Converting saves between regions guide?

I've been looking throughout the site and I can't seem to find a guide on converting saves between regions. Anyone know a easy to use guide for it? or if anyone knows how to do it?

This page has a guide on how to convert USA > JP.
Pretty sure it's the same for anything though.
Don't count on it 100% working for every game though.

Looked at it and I don't see anything about converting saves, only repairing them.

Well I linked to a guide and I don't know why you're still asking for one, all you really need to do is read it carefully.
