Hardware Convert NTSC to PAL - Zelda Twilight Princess

Hey, so I have a save file for the NTSC copy of the Zelda Twilight Princess game, I have the original PAL disc, and I'd like to use it with the save file.

But they are different types, the save is NTSC, and the game is PAL.
So is there a way to convert the NTSC format into a PAL save, or is there an easier way?

Do this process, in reverse.

That means instead of changing P to E when it tells you, change E to P. Also the folder names might be different.
