Hacking convert eboot.bin to eboot.pbp for signing

can it be done ?
some games are really small

how would one convert this eboot.bin to a pbp, so the prxcrypter can sign it ?

What kind if ISO contains only the eboot.bin? It's generally accepted that the eboot.bin is what launches the game, rather than the game itself so unless you're withholding pertinent info you wouldn't get anything useful even if you could anyway...

think of psp minis, they are small enough

To confirm, Pinball Dreams doesn't contain anything other than the pic0 and such icon info, and eboot.pbp, which is under 4 megs...

But this is a port of an Atari game (a "block" ROM format), every other Mini I've seen keeps it's resources outside that file. Basically if "USRDIR" isn't empty, it won't work.
