Homebrew Controls Unresponsive in GC Backup Launcher

I created a multi-game iso, burned it to a DVD-R. I run the launcher, put in the disk, it gives me the regional options but none of the games titles are showing. I press Y for NTSC, nothing happens. A for auto detect, nothing happens. Start for reloader... Nothing. Happens. Any ideas?

Check out the neogamma r9 beta thread mini faq, follow it to get everything to work. GC backup launcher 0.2 is very outdated btw.
