And another thing, some characters' throws have multiple hits, right? Some of these can cancel before the hitbox that actually hits them out of the grab. Characters that can do this all have some very interesting setups. Perform an Fthrow with fox but mash upsmash, it's a true combo, and you can even charge it to around halfway. Cloud just has lots of limit break shenanigans. and pikachu has something thats hard to explain so ill record a video in a second.

About my earlier question (and if I may request) I don't really want Cross Slash to be able to cancel after every hit, rather have earlier cancelable frames on the last button press (preferably like the Wii U version, where after he lands the fourth, the fifth is a cancellable hit).

There were just some attacks I didn't want to mess with because I didn't really understand the script, and I didn't want to break/crash anything.
To be fair, you only did most of it because it was of a low quality, done quickly. This is why @wuboy is redoing the ones you did.funny im never invited to work on something i did 90% of but ey whatever
