I would make sure to download it again if you have the original version (the one that has no configuration GUI and loads the game right from .NDS)
It would make sense that the romloader portion of the emulator has changed since it now loads a rom in a zip rather than a rom. the DS emulator also changed as it has a GUI for different screen layouts.

This will probably change how haxchi works if at all as it is written for the newer DS emulator that all the other games come with.

well it's faster to just use dd or some disc image tool to back up the entire thing and copy back like I did but yes, as long as you have a backup, otherwise it's same dumping process

I guess you don't need to edit the XMLs, right?
If we're able to find a way running System Config Tool on SysNAND (through Loadiine, probably? Didn't tried yet) we could change the default Title with "Boot Configuration => Default Title".
