I was linked to the M3 teams website, and used the support email link - this was nearly 2 weeks ago and I have not recieved any type of response.
I looked on g6flash.com and the G6 lite carries the manufacturers 1 year guarantee. My G6 lite is NO LONGER WORKING it has been WAY LESS than a year and I wish to RMA the thing, but I cannot get a simple email response.
What is the best way to go about contacting them in order to do this?
