Hacking Contacting M3 Team?

I was linked to the M3 teams website, and used the support email link - this was nearly 2 weeks ago and I have not recieved any type of response.

I looked on g6flash.com and the G6 lite carries the manufacturers 1 year guarantee. My G6 lite is NO LONGER WORKING it has been WAY LESS than a year and I wish to RMA the thing, but I cannot get a simple email response.

What is the best way to go about contacting them in order to do this?

well the frontpage according to theSpade says they're having email problems with full mailboxes, so email isn't working out so well. This is why it's important to purchase the cart from a reputable vendor so they'll make the replacement without having you jump through hoops....for this reason I will never order overseas for a couple dollars less versus ordering from realhotstuff.

I ordered the G6 Lite 4g + No pass bundle from you guys during the summer of 06 (late summer). The product arrived fine, and your prices were very fair. I have enjoyed using the product and for the most part things have been okay.

Recently, through no fault of my own - my G6 lite has quit saving games. I have done the proper maitenance on the product as suggested by the manufacturer and have been unable to repair it, I did not open the G6 lite. All maitenance of which I speak was through reformats and proper memory flush.

I have been asked to send you this message by several people whom have ordered from you in the past. They state that if there is indeed something wrong with it you would be able to help me get it fixed.

I thank you for any and all assistance you can give me with this unfortunate issue, I thank you also for your quick shipping process and relatively low prices - and excellent customer support.

I will see how they reply back.. but also attempt getting ahold of the M3 team, hopefully I can get this ironed out.. I would hate to see 113 bucks down the drain on this thing.

they've been very good to me in the past, I've ordered about 8-9 flashcarts from them and have had problems with only the g6 lite (coincidence? =P) But they took care of me immediately. Their turnarounds are quick too, hopefully they'll get you taken care of as well. Good luck.
