I want to download large files but have a download limit, i know there is a hotspot down the road from me and wondered if there was anything i needed to do to connect my psp to the hotspot so i can for example download gran turismo 2 psx game.
Also can i download any file onto my psp memory stick i know it wont be able to read and play some files but can you download them?

yes, you can download any file through the psp's web browser, but it may be slow, and you'll have to connect to a computer to be able to actually do anything thing with them.

Generally there is a speed cap on download at hotspots and the PSP is even slower than that. I tired to do that with my PSP with a 10 MB fil and it took about 40 minutes.
