ok, i backed up my sd card, how do i format my sysnand?
Deleting that folder could have just been a temporary fix.. if you were having a timeout issue. That screams bad sectors to me.. which could mean issues in the future..

As for your question.. simply boot ino sysnand, remove SD, go to system settings and format system.

1) Duplicate your SysNAND to EmuNAND
2) Withdraw your SD card and format SysNAND
(You MUST format SysNAND without inserting SD, otherwise your game data will be lost!)
3) Install Menuhax / A9LH on your formatted SysNAND
4) Upgrade EmuNAND to 11.0
That makes your everything work.
System Settings format creates NNID issues. TinyFormat instead.
