Hacking Confused about usb loaders and the files to use

Im so confused i want to download games and put them on a kingston 2G data traveler, but i dont know how to go about doing it. I downloaded a usb loader that works with it. Now all i need is what files to use and how to get them to my wii without them being erased by having to re-format the drive? please help
