I have tried to install offline but half the files do not instal correctly and the same ole turn out.

Well actually you just need to install IOS30-64-1040 and the SysMenu.wad of his region to downgrade to 3.2, at least you'll be able to get NAND dumper to work..!!

...and for the third time edit that post about money cause it makes this thread kind of a war of opinions, seriously..!!

This is weird I have done over ten of the LU64 wiis and thay all worked fine with the downgrade to gamma channell
no 002 fix i patch all the 002 games I do this for fun helping friends and family I guess i am lucky and no I DONT

of my two wiis I own is a LU64 model and i am playing Broken Sword Shadow of the templars dir cut on as we speak..

Still i agree that money comment should be removed sure you have problems with your wiis okay but we don't

Jeez there are alot of high and mighty clean spirits here that are so against charging people for softmodding.

Doing your taxes is free as well and you can pretty much Google all the answers you need to fill out your tax return, but if you feel you still don't understand how to fill out your taxes, you pay someone to fill them out for you.

I work in computers and as much as I would like to hook people up for free, if I can make a few bucks (and notice I said a few and not a huge amount) then damn right I am gonna charge, especially since most people that you help who are not good at anything technical will be calling you every 5 minutes to fix something else anyway. Again, if bub isn't charing huge amounts or passing it off like its some hardmod, then go for it. (Especially how the economy is going

)

Back on topic, I still find it funny how we all go nuts over any sign of an update. Makes me think about how we would act if Armageddon came.

Thanks jservs7. That was very cool of you man........ you know I thought these forums would have changed after a couple of years but i guess not. And there will always be a few, if not many people doing that if they think you phrased something the wrong way or just plain out never had the problem you had or just any friggin thing they can think of to get off the subject and criticize. What we call here in Kentucky "babyfied" someone else might call it complaining but I just let those people pass because I can picture them sitting at home all day on the net by themselves with no friends (like that south park episode when they are obcessed over that computer game) and typing little picky insults to everyone just to amuse themselves and take away that emptiness. Its kinda funny also but then again I kinda feel sorry for them.

if they wanted ppl to pay for it, they charged them selfs

now, cuz these coders deserve it (wan, wiigator...) i will defend them every time that i thing it's right cuz they are not here to see

Lot of flaming in here. kimikal27, you are making yourself look foolish.

Jservs7 is absolutely right. If people don't have the patience or expertise, they pay for someone to do it. Like lawn mowing services, tax specialists and even pet grooming services.

On topic, some new Wiis ARE having this new problem of black screening applications. If I remember correctly, they can use custom wad manager to install the IOS16 WAD and get the cIOS installed, but then have problems using it and so on. You can't deny this case doesn't exist

Personally, I thank bubsexton for bringing more evidence and more information, This will help in quickly developing the solution to these 'lu64' Wiis when the problem becomes more common.

I know how you can mod those wii's this is what you do okay... Let your wife mod the wii's maybe she knows what
she's doing....... Dude you were okay till you mentioned money everyone needs money but right now you need tech
