Your SysCheck looks fine (thanks for using spoiler tags). I'm pretty sure the problem is with Priiloader, but I think you can get around that by forwarding to the forwarder channel. Do you still have the wad from the channel? If so, please tell me the full name. I need the channel's 4 letter title ID (usually included in the wad name) to make a forwarder dol.jr1985 said:I eventually managed to get it to work by entering the USB Loader through the System Menu, rather than autobooting through Priiloader. The line you need in config.txt (either via the Configurator or manual editing) is:Tachyon1986 said:Hey guys,

I have my wii set to autoboot CFG from priiloader and my wii will stay at a black screen in till the HDD fully Initializes then it will load in (Doesn't take long). Might just be your HDD.jr1985 said:I was using USBLoaderCFG - UCXF - IOS58 v11 Beta 3.wadJoostinOnline said:Your SysCheck looks fine (thanks for using spoiler tags). I think the issue may be that the hard drive isn't turning on/waking up fast enough, as it seems to happen when the Wii has been turned off for a while. It even happens if I try to enter CFG through the Homebrew channel too quickly, as well as autobooting from Priiloader.
Is there a way to fix this on the Wii, or is it the actual HDD?

Make sure you have it like that, without upper case.
They go into the themes subdirectory of the base directory (which is typically /usb-loader).Tachyon1986 said:I have another question regarding themes though. Where do the themes get downloaded to by default? I'm downloading them via the Loader. I always get an "Error creating directory" message.
It's not possible.Tachyon1986 said:Well, then why am I getting an error creating directory message when using the Themes downloader on the loader? Also , it seems I have to redownload the covers each time I launch the application. They don't seem to be permanently saved.
Btw, my USB drive is partitioned as 1 WBFS and 1 NTFS. My loader settings point towards my SD card.
Is there a directory in the path that is perhaps read protected? Are you sure your base directory is on the SD and not on the NTFS partition (check in the settings info pages)? If it is onthe NTFS partition, see below.
Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to take screenshots ingame. Because it seems to just take screenshots in the main menu of Configurable usb loader:MigueelDnd said:Hi everyone, I hope you can help me out here:
CFG doesn't save the change in settings I make and the covers I download. At first when I downloaded the covers it said something along the lines of "cannot create directory" so I tried creating the folders myself, but they still don't save. I also have to change a game's settings to TV Format NTSC before playing it every time I turn on the Wii.
Can somebody tell me what is wrong? Thanks.
Is your drive perhaps formatted as NTFS? You'll need ntfs_write=1 in config.txt if that is the case. Check where your Cfg base directory is in the global options (push B,1,1 or navigate the menus in the GUI) to check.

So yeah just wondering if it's possible to get screenshots during a game.
It's FAT32, but I've already solved my problem. Now I have another one, I can't seem to run Kirby Epic Yarn. Do you perhaps now what should I change?Dr. Clipper said:Is your drive perhaps formatted as NTFS? You'll need ntfs_write=1 in config.txt if that is the case. Nope , base folder points to the SD card. Weird really why it doesn't save covers permanently to the SD Card. It isn't write protected , USB Loader GX worked fine in this regard.Dr. Clipper said:Is your drive perhaps formatted as NTFS? You'll need ntfs_write=1 in config.txt if that is the case. Paths on FAT shouldn't be case sensitive. THe following would be valid things for covers and music:Tachyon1986 said:Nope , base folder points to the SD card. Weird really why it doesn't save covers permanently to the SD Card. It isn't read protected , USB Loader GX worked fine in this regard.
Are paths case-sensitive? If it isn't too much trouble for you , could you please give me a config.txt which has paths pointing to the SD card for covers , music etc?
qwerty12 said:Will support for choosing more custom paths be added to Configurable USB Loader? Since I use other loaders like NeoGamma and USB Loader GX, I'd prefer to have Configurable USB Loader loading cheats and wdm files from the same locations as they do.
I've patched it myself (http://slexy.org/view/s20SPXq6ve), and Configurable USB Loader builds and runs fine with the patch applied (with and without codes_path etc. lines in config.txt and settings.cfg), but I haven't actually gotten around to testing to see if the patch actually changes anything as I have no games that require the use of wdms and there are no cheats available for the game stored on my SD card.
EDIT: Downloading cheats' text files works - they get saved to the configured folder.
