(i've really really tried - when i do get a sound.bin from opening.brn, it hasnt been a wav!)

Have you tried using the tools in windows XP mode? (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx)

Tried XP in a VMWare Virtual PC... besides, if experts have difficulty with sound.bin in different formats, what chance do i have?

In GUI mode, the picture fills the whole screen, but switching to console mode with B will make the picture slightly squashed. It is most noticable because of a black line at the bottom of the screen.

I have the same issue with my PAL Wii and my old PAL 4:3 TV...

I also have a small request:
An option to export titles.txt of the current list of games on the drive.
It's no big deal if you can't/won't do it.
Thanks in Advance!

This can be done using WBFS Manager.
Just highlight all the games and righ click (if I remember correctly) and there is an option to export list.

It exports it as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) that you can import int Excel and then organize however you want.

NVM I got it, but it still would be nice to have that add to the loader.

and support for wiimote-extensions, like guitars and possibly wii fit and drums.

I'm very proud of being an user of this great usb loader.

I can't seem to get ocarina codes to work.

I've downloaded some straight off of the loader, check marked a few, and enabled ocarina.

Then it would say cheats not found before starting.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I need something extra?

After you download and mark the code, create the gct file.

oggzee and usptactical have already commented on this one. Neither of them have a Gamecube controller with which they could test the code, which makes it a bit hard.

Just a comment, don't know if they have this either, but the dance mats from dance dance revolution or the mat from outdoors sports works as a Game Cube controller, I've used them to back up my NAND.

Yeah it's true. When I was asking if it would work someone called it BootMii RiverDance.

It works fine, it just has to plugged into the first port, the one all the way up front by the DVD drive.

Call me cheap, but I didn't want to pay $15 for a GC controller that I would use 1 in a while to back up my NAND.

THANK YOU very much, I have a mat already, wonder if the Active Life Mat will work as well?

get them to open a paypal account and I'm sure we could raise the $20 to buy two GC controllers for them fairly quickly (and with free worldwide postage from www.dealsextreme.com)

It should as long as it has the GC connection the circle with a flat edge and all the buttons are represented on the mat.

I had problems with my plus and minus, but then I noticed they were at the top of the mat.

I didn;t think I'd find too much use for it until I found out how NICE the GC controller works for most emulators

Hi,

i am using an old version of the USB loader (i think its 1.5_cfg)
I'm running system menu 4.0U and cIOS v14 and Hermes' IOS222/223 with an external Seagate HD.

When I load Wii Fit Plus from the USB HD, the Wii throws the following error:

Error #001,
unauthorized device has been detected.

Will this game work with a new version of the loader?
I have tried to use a new version (replaced the dol file) but then the loader wont recognize my USB HD :-(

here's my usb-loader/config:

device = usb
background = ultimate.png
wbackground = ultimate_wide.png
layout = ultimate3
buttons = options_B
covers = 1
hide_footer = 1
colors = mono
widescreen = 0
music = 0
covers_path = sd:/usb-loader/covers
device = usb
cover_style = standard
covers_size = 160, 225
gui = 1
gui_transition = scroll
confirm_start= 0
ios = 223-mload
contry_patch = 1
fix_002 = 1
block_ios_reload = 1
alt_dol = 0

Any suggestions?

Try using ios 249 rev14 and latest cfg usbloader v44.
