I just updated and I'm not getting the banner sound or the clock options.
Is the banner sound on the GUI screen or the console screen?
I have the clock set as clock_style=[0] and I still see a clock. I also tried clock_style=[12am] and still have the 24 Hr military time.

What pepxl said - it plays on the game loading screen. So if you have simple=1 set in your config.txt, you'll never hear them. Also, the sounds currently only work for ~95% of the games.
If you have simple=1 or confirm_start=0, you won't get them. Is that it?QUOTE said:I have the clock set as clock_style=[0] and I still see a clock. I also tried clock_style=[12am] and still have the 24 Hr military time.
The brackets indicate the default value. Use "clock_style=0" or my Configurator to set the value.
I am not getting banner sounds either.dlf said:Your first suggestion is basically what WiiTDB support provides. It's on oggzee's todo list. The option for going back to HBC or menu is "home=reboot,exit". reboot goes to menu, exit goes to HBC. It only works in the loader (and oggzee can't make it work in-game, that's an IOS thing). You can use the favourites system to get a 1-star rating system with sorting...dlf said:Could I suggest some additions to this? Could we have the option to categorize the games? By like:Another thing, could we have the option (unless it was stated in an above post) to go back to the homebrew channel OR the Wii-Menu when we press the house button? Could a personal (and or general) rating system work? And the choice to sort games by # of stars?

No...I do not have any of those options set. I even ran it without ANY config file (injected into a channel). Basically just running the dol without any config options at all. It would absolutely work there...but it does not. Have you tested it? Are you getting the banner sound?
Dr. Clipper said:Yeah, I only just got around to testing it and I wasn't getting the sounds either. Sounds like setting the music to a specific path is necessary for some reason.
BTW guys, oggzee is asleep, so it will take a short while for the fix.
pepxl said:like Dr. Clipper said if you have
# Confirm Start
confirm_start = 0
it wont work, delete the entry
and
#clock
clock_style=[0]
should be
#clock
clock_style=0
and use the HBC dol not the injected channel......................
give me a sec and ill see whats in my config.txt
Put any .mp3 file into sd:/usb-loader if you want banner sounds.Sacohen9665 said:I set it to clock_style=12am and it works fine now, but still no banner music.
I tried it on Lego Batman this time, click A to load the game and loaded the game without a sound.
music=1 is fine as long as you have a file at sd:/usb-loader/music.mp3.pepxl said:read the last few posts then try again, you need to point to a folder or file
e.g my entry
music = sd:/usb-loader/backgroundmusic/Wii BGM.mp3
NOT
music = 1
music = 0
