(also available through online updates)

Testing possible fix for the crash
Please report if it helps or not
Based on 35b

I think you've fixed the crashing issue - i've put all my settings back to how I had them before and games are loading successfully.

Thanks for looking into it!

I have, but I'm not sure what are you talking about? What is 3.2src?
besides, having to power-off and on the console after playing a game has almost become a must, since the introduction of cios rev13. but as I see you're using rev9? that shouldn't be happening with that rev.
In other words, I don't know what's wrong.

The only thing I fear is that new users will be confused at the fact that the current available forwarder looks for apps/usbloader_cfg/boot.dol, and in recent builds you had adjusted the name of the folder to "USBLoader". Easy enough to simply rename, but I can see people not as savvy wondering why the loader does not boot with the forwarder

Just an observance.

So all I need to do is rename my folder to apps/usbloader_cfg ?

I know this is a little unrelated, but ive been googling, When using Alternate Dols ive been reading guides 1. How do i find 1 and 2. Do all wii Iso's have them? When searching the Iso's for some of my games all i find is Main.dol

hello Oggzee,

I had v35a4, I first updated to v35a6 and then updated online to v35t1.

Everything is OK. The boot.dol has been saved in sd:/apps/usbloader_cfg/ and loaded regularly after the relaunch of the loader.

Wonderful job!!! for both the online update and the GUIs.....

Just a couple of comments:

- during the v35t1 download the screen was stopped, nothing seemed working up to the end of the download.. in order to avoid people to be worried that the loader freezed try to think to something expressing the download process... not necessarily something like "10%, 20%, 95%" but just some points growing in quantity... (I know this could sound stupid but it could actually be useful...)

- I saw that it is now possible to see the back of the boxes... are you going to introduce something like the following config?
# covers_path_full = covers_path/full

Thanks again Oggzee

oggzee, everythings running great over here except i get one little problem.
i used to get that stack dump error but then i updated so thats no more. I decided to install the loader thru preloader so it can boot on startup. when i turn on my wii, it stays counting, looking for my external. its hooked up and i have to press reset so it can find it. im using a wd passport essential. any ideas?

Yes, most likely something like that.

Try turning off any preloader hacks. I also have a passport essential, although I never tried auto-booting from preloader.
