Unfortunately, none of the above fixed it. I have the feeling that it has something to do with the external HDD (formatted to WBFS because I had problems with FAT32) but I have put off reformatting because of how long it takes to transfer the game files back and forth from the computer

It looks like right now that is my only option, though! I will try this and report back if it is (or is not) fixed!
Thank you for the assistance though, friend!
You can do that in 2 minutes using PsyBlade's tool

Hi,
cfg is my favorit loader but it really lacks one option which has a long history in wiiflow and just appeared in GX: the possibility to force video mode to progressive (480p)
Could it be possible for the devs to add this option please ?
best regards and thank you very much for this great piece of code

Here's a couple of dols to test:
http://code.google.com/p/cfg-loader/downloads/list
cfg70t1.dol - devkit 22 libogc 1.8.6
cfg70t2.dol - devkit 23 libogc 1.8.6
cfg70t3.dol - devkit 22 libogc 1.8.7
Please try them all and let me know which work and which don't
The code is same as v70b2 just devkit and libogc versions are different.

Hello again, I have tested the three dol. All of them give me a stack dump when I load the game. I have uploaded in:
http://www.mediafire.com/?u1ujq0cn2i0iw7j
the files you requested me. I think I have good news. When I was seeing how to get de debug.log file (in v70b2) I have select Main and then Console and: surprise the game was loaded well.
Also in the rar I have attached the stack dump codes that I get with the different test versions and two images in order to give you a best idea from the place I have not got problem to load (both with v70b2).

My HDD died, so I decided to go with NTFS on the new one..

I haven't changed my install other than to enable ntfs writing in the config.txt. It loads games fine, but when I try to download missing covers it downloads the first cover and then as soon as it goes to write the first image I get a stack dump.

I'm hoping that it is something simple that I am missing.

I'm using 69d btw...
Mine used to do this as well. It seemed to be a cIOS issue (for me anyways). Stopped crashing with v6 of the d2x cIOS. If you aren't using that cIOS you should try installing it.

Thank you! That sorted it :-)

i just setup this loader (via ModMii setup). as soon as it loads the Wii remote disconnects. any ideas what i need to do?

edit: ok, looks like the ModMii SD card was messing it up. anyone know why that would be the case? i did rename the "private" folder.

Now, why arent the Covers showing up even though i have the copied in the usb-loader folder in the 2d/3d/disc/full directories. although i can download them fine from within the loader.

edit: ok found from the configurator the folder is covers under which the 2d/3d/disc/full go. looks good. thanks everyone.

Actually, that doesn't do it (for me at least).

However, some asked it before on the google code page and there it says to force video to NTSC and set video patch to all.

It should really be the same but for some reason Baroque won't run if i force to system default but it does work if i force to NTSC (and since I play on a computer monitor at my student dorm I can only play at 480p) even though my system is set to 480p.

My CFG is v70b, and I'm having problems to load De Blob 2. The loader freezes when I select this game and I get the dsi error.
And also, my theme changes are not saving, it always return to Stripes when I turn it on.

This is no problematic game, it should work fine, maybe a bad dump or hdd corruption? You should check your drive for errors, maybe there is one... Maybe it also helps to completely reinstall the loader, it could be that something is corrupt.

@all:
btw I updated the forwarder to v10 beta, maybe it helps someone.
Changes:
-fixed dol loader issue (thanks oggzee)
-(hopefully) fixed video issue
-compiled with the very latest libs and devkitppc r23

Official CFG Loader Forwarder Thread

I just tried reinstalling the loader, but not only De Blob2, but some other games are freezing when I select them.

Some games natively have NO 480P.

Madworld as I recall has No P support.
Also COD 3 misses it AFAIK

Moto Gp on the other hand you can force into 480P with CFG loader.

NO other loader can do that.

FYI Barogue runs fine in 480P here.
Video patch Sneek+All
Force NTSC or PAL 60.

Done.

* Print game requested IOS in game info screen
(after the GAMEID and size) (tnx R2-D2199)
This is officially amazing, thanks
yaywii.gif

That is kinda sweet

You know if you add the option to load the game with this it would make it closer to (u)SNEEK compatible and with some wode partition support could replace 3 loaders on some peoples setups in the near future as 1 loader to load from anywhere .... but I dream

cfg v70b4 (beta)
cfg70b4.dol
cfg70b4-222.dol
lang70b4.zip
(or online update)
Changes:

cfg v70b4 (beta)
* Print game requested IOS in game info screen
(after the GAMEID and size) (tnx R2-D2199)
* Minor cleanups

All changes of this days and these minor cleanups are doing this Loader great. Many thanks. The problem I reported is solved. Good job

(Steven: try De Blod2 with this beta (v70b4))

@Oggzee

with v70b4 i can not get my external drives working on the wii .

says something about could not find conf.txt

when i do plugging out and pluggung in again it start up the drive and it gets to the gamelist console and it freezes.

if i revert to v69c they are working again (Lacie and WD and memup)

Corrupted my .wbfs folder on FAT.
Split files size not correct. etc...

Also had previous error about loading config txt, ad return to Wii menu...

Anyone experience with this error?

Windows finds damaged .wbfs files have to run dskscheck.

not good....

can this be something related to the 4k sector drive functions..?
