1) just press home button after the update is downloaded and it will reboot to wii menu or hbc, depending on your settings...TyRaNtM said:Great features so far.![]()
I want to request something:
- When you download a update, you need to manually restart the Wii to re-enter to CFG USB Loader and use the new version that you downloaded. But the thing is, can you make a option to automatically restart the CFG USB Loader when you download it or at least reboot to Wii Menu or Homebrew Channel?
- A option that, when you update online, if you update meta.xml, the CFG USB name, updated meta.xml can have 1 or 2 dots before the name (to give priority in Homebrew Channel list).
I kept on accidentally updating my meta.xml as well (it was hard to remember to push 1 instead of A at the update screen). I realised a few versions ago that I could just mark the meta.xml file read-only and then even if I accidentally push A, the meta.xml file is never updatedTyRaNtM said:- A option that, when you update online, if you update meta.xml, the CFG USB name, updated meta.xml can have 1 or 2 dots before the name (to give priority in Homebrew Channel list).

What are the filenames and directory names of the games which aren't showing up?jinx333 said:I have a question. Maybe someone here can help.
I´ve got about 170 games on my USB HDD and the loader is only showing about 150, is there any way to get it to show all of them or do I have to make 2 partions?
Thanks.

This is the FAQ item:Chebico said:Hi there, this isnt really a "problem" it just bugs me a bit.
When i goto launch a game or goto options menus in the loader, the screen sorta shrinks a bit.. like its changing video modes or something? is there a way to stop this?

Can you post exactly the dir and file name of the last visible game and the first that doesn't show up?bubbleboy said:I think I've finally found the first real disadvantage to using FAT32. And I don't want to go to WBFS![]()
We'll fix that some day...![]()
Well it shows all of them from Letter A to Su. The rest, to Z, doesn´t show.bubbleboy said:Maybe there's another workaround, but I'll post it in the relevant forum. (In short, plugging my HDD into USB0 only allows me to use standard A/V cables, instead of component cables, as soon as I plug in the HDD when using component cables the screen goes black, nothing to do with Config USB Loader, which is still #1!.)
That's a pretty weird issue![]()

Are your hard drive, TV and Wii plugged into the same power socket (e.g., via a double adapter or power board)? If not, give that a try. If that fixes the problem, then you have grounding issues in your residence and you may want to get things checked by an electrician.bubbleboy said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSO5nsfm8xI[/url]

Seems other people have the same problem.
Will stick with normal AV cables for now because I love config loader and my FAT drive combo!
thanks again!!!![]()
The FAT support in rev 18 is not good enough for Cfg and is not supported. oggzee is looking to see if he can work his magic into getting it up to speed, though. For the time being, you must install IOS222 in order to use a FAT partition.MrX_Cuci said:The best loader I have seen. Thanks for this.
Just a quick question I have an ISO trimmed on a FAT32 USB drive, but the programma doesn't recognize it. Since CIOSX Rev18 is supported I thought it would. I just placed it in the root of my USB drive. Any step I missed? I also put a wbfs folder on the drive with a wbfs file in it and it is recognized, but hermes cios is needed. (Which offcourse isn't installed and can't be run yet) So it's not the drive making troubles.
EDIT: Found the solution. Missed a step in the FAQ. I need to copy it to the wbfs folder
