Hacking Configurable USB Loader detects IOS 249 r19 and 222/3 as stubs

I can play backup games perfectly fine, but whenever I load up CFG, or DOPMii, it says that 249, 222/3 are all stubs. Is something wrong, or should I just ignore it?
