Hacking Configurable USB Loader - Animal Crossing: City Folk Problem

I think this may be a WiiConnect24 issue, or it may not be...I'm not sure.

Every time I try to send a letter to someone they never get it. I can test this because I have another Wii in the house along with AC:CF on it, and that Wii never gets it either. Is there any IOS or any settings to put on in order to send mail and etc.? It seems like I can get mail from people who have copies of the real game, but I can't send mail to them... I'm not sure if this matters or not, but I run the Configurable USB Loader off of a channel.

And yes, both of our WiiConnect24 is on in the game and on the Wii Menu.

Any tips?

actually. it seems to be a complete networking issue all together. because i remember when it 1st came out as well as to this day not only are sending and receiving letters an issue but so are visiting other peoples towns.

I can normally send letters/etc. with the real disc. I don't have the real disc anymore so I'm trying to figure out how to make it work.
