Completely fiscal standpoint, what should I do?

I can buy roughly 3 packs of 305s for $7.50, 5 packs of Marlboro's for $16/3 for $10.

OR I can mix it up and pick up a pack of Djarum Blacks for 6 with a cheap pack of 305s/Sonomas/USA Golds/Sky Dancers for 9 total.

What should I do? Im dead out of smokes and want to kill the cash in my wallet along with some quarters I have found. I dont want to use my debit card when i have cash.

I did the 3 for 9 thing. They were out of my brand so I got a pack of red shorts along with the 2 I pref. Ill end up selling it for 4$ so no biggie there.
