Homebrew Complete Backup A9LH

Can't find similar threads, so sorry if i'm reposting.

I have a n3ds with AuReiNand installed (Updated Sysnand setup).

I'm considering to do a weekly backup to eventually restore a complete image of my system if I were to break something, so, a sysnand backup and a backup of all apps installed (on sd card) with saves.

How can I do this? Do I just need to do a Sysnand backup (to backup my NAND) with Decrypt9 and then copy all SD Files to my pc (to backup my SD) or is there a better way to do that?
