I have perfected my amiibo cards using the NFC PVC cards! I want to again thank all of you again for your hard work!

Hey, where you find the images of smash bros characters in high quality with their shadows?
Older Nintendo Press Kits contained them.

If you don't sell them you aren't breaking copyright, so just tell them it's for personal use
Unfortunately, your statement about copyright is not true—it has nothing to do with selling. Nintendo is the intellectual property owner of the images, so you are, technically, not allowed to use them in any means without their approval.

Happy to see you like my cards; but have you printed them smaller?

I've messed with some resizing, wasn't sure if I liked the result. I may play with it more later, but for now I'm enjoying these overly large images. Plus I've already made the entire smash set like this.... lol. And other than fox getting half his face cut off, and Samus looking like the word "anus" is behind her, it's not too bad!

I'm really thankful and appreciative of all these card designs you made!

Try to print the "RTP Ready To Print" cards without resizing the paper even if You use B4 format instead A4

He's printing onto credit card sized pvc cards. Your cards are sized for standard playing cards. He will not be able to use your cards without either stretching or cropping the images like he has done.

You do realize there is a thing called fair use?

1. fair use is only a defense and would need to be ruled on by a judge to determine if it was or wasn't actually fair use. (I.e. After they die you and you've paid for a lawyer)

2. Even though you don't intend to sell them, making you think it would fall under fair use... printer studio is in a sense, selling them in this case. They would be making money off of the sale of works owned by Nintendo. Not fair use for them, and they can be sued over it. By making you sign saying you own the copyright, they essentially are trying to give themselves a level of deniability. But as with what happened in MegaUploads case, you as a company need to actively make sure, to a reasonable degree, that your service is doing something when it is obvious a copyright infringement has taken place otherwise you are still liable.

(I am not a lawyer, these are from my understandings)

I agree with @TiMeBoMb4u2.
Technically we couldn't use these images. Technically we couldn't even share an image of Super Mario on Facebook.
The images are copyright protected and if you print them with your printer is a thing, to ask to a shop to print is another thing: to not violate any law, they don't print these cards.
It's the same when you photocopy a book: in a shop you cannot copy all pages but only the 15% (in Italy, I don't know in other Countries. Well, we have shops that sell photocopied full books)

All I know is that I really like amiibo in card form; I prefer it to owning a collection of actual amiibo (I actually have a collection of all the smash amiibo)
