Hacking common-key and my own key.bin on VC/WIIWARE

pirated vc is easily detectable on a system by ninty, so i've been told anyway, and this is because of the common key being used,
if i was to use my own key.bin from a nand backup could i use this with NUSd to download wiiware and vc and make the packed wads for my system only thus being less detectable

The common key is always the same. For all consoles. It doesn't matter, if you take your own or one from the web. The only exception is the korean common key, which is... another one.

The files are stored in your own Wii key and then that is encrypted in the common key from what I read on Hackmii.
