Hacking Clueless on how to update my system

Hi, I haven't touched my Switch since Pokemon Sword came out in November. I want to play the DLC.

I'm really confused on how to update without screwing up my games.

It says the current version is 9.1.0|AMS 0.10.2|E and it's emunand.

I know I can update to the latest with ChoiDujourNX, but I can't figure out the Atmosphere/Kosmos updates go because I can't figure out the versions.

Downloaded this Atmosphere Version here.
Download the Sigpatches for this Version from here.

Copy paste override everything to SD-Card.
Boot into CFW.
Use ChoiDujourNX to update.
Profit
