Nintendo Network services are shutting down soon, and with it the Club Tortimer network.

Are there any plans for a revival of Club Tortimer?

Dont see anything for it. You can get the items from other ways anyways. Dont seem to have any interest to be revived

I'm not sure how high on the list of things Animal Crossing for the 3DS is to Pretendo, but I've already switched my 3DS XL and New 2DS XL to Pretendo. Mario Kart 7 works pretty well on there. They've got partial support for a lot of other 3DS and Wii-U games, but I don't see Animal Crossing on their progress page.

While there still isn't Animal Crossing on the list, I have a feeling that these guys are the only hope we have for continuing the existence of 3DS things on the internet.
