I already had CFW on sysnand (SXOS). I am in flight mode since using SXOS.
I can boot in OFW and use system menu factory reset.
Is it useful to make a factory reset before starting new emuMMC?
I tried but Nintendo told me to go online to disconnect to Nintendo account. What can I do that I am not getting banned? I don't want to go online for a reset.
Thanks a lot.

you would need a clean nand backup and kept your switch offline. If you have pirated games, your switch is flagged for ban the next time it connects online. deleting everything does not help. restoring a backup before you pirated stuff will. also you should forget about using sxos and just move on to atmosphere

I am not banned at the moment. I can boot hekate. Should I backup NAND?
At the moment when I boot Sysnand I find tinfoil... Tracks of CFW.

Where can I get a clean NAND backup? Can I backup myself from my system or is this actually dirty?

you needed to backup your nand before doing anything on the switch while in CFW. you cant use someone else backup. You might be permanently stuck with a switch that will get banned the moment it goes online. the ban isnt instant. a ban occurs after a few days once the switch contact the Nintendo servers. there might be a thread here that may be your last resort. a way to erase the ban flag but its not a promise. i've seen it mentioned in piracy servers

Ideally, you would restore a clean NAND backup that you made before using any CFW. But it sounds like you might not have that.

Haku33 is the next best thing. It will essentially factory reset the entire console and remove traces of CFW.

If your console has been banned, it will NOT reset the ban. Nothing can. Also, it's still possible that Nintendo can detect that the system logs after reset don't line up with the system logs from the last time you went online. So it's POSSIBLE that you could still get banned after using Haku33. But it's certainly worth trying. If you've been using CFW and pirated software, going online without properly wiping your console first is pretty much a guaranteed ban.

Doubt, is there a ban if I start OFW (clean) from Hekate? I understand it skips fuse and other things despite booting OFW from Hekate

You can only obtain a clean eMMC backup if you dump your eMMC before using CFW and homebrew. Its impossible to obtain one after the fact.
