Homebrew Classic or Classic Pro controller?

So I am new to Wii Emulation. I finally got a Wii and have the GBA and SNES emulator working on it, I was wondering do both the Classic Controller and Classic Controller Pro work with the Wii Emulators? If they do which Emulators do they work for?

Classic gets my vote. The Classic Pro makes my hands hurt after too long of holding it. :/

Do they both work with all the Emulators?

They're both detected as just a Classic Controller by the Wii. Most homebrew, including all the standard emulators, will accept input from them.
