You can already run FBI via the launcher, it just doesn't work. You could use that to see installed titles, would be easier to export though ya.

Yes, that's the point. You can read it and write it.

I wish I had one, so I could beta test everything like I do on my Android devices, but I know that since I have bricked them before (I successfully recovered them), and that my temptation to try more will be the end of my 3DS, I want to try to limit the time I spend on the 3DS and just enjoy the content you Hardmodded guys have to offer.
