I mean its up to you, i have three entry points on my 10.3 n3ds, ironhax (I had version 1.1 but went back to 1.0), menuhax and browserhax, if you plan on downgrading have browserhax setup first.

Download the starter pack again, overwrite everything, and reinstall ironhax.

Stay on that firmware, make sure you have an entrypoint for homebrew and wait for the exploit

As long as you have a way to get into the homebrew launcher all you have to do is wait for the exploit

That exploit is no longer developed as there's a much more important one called memchunkhax2 which'll allow much more than downgrading.
