Homebrew Clarification Thread - What is going on?

Believe me, you're in the minority. I actually want CFW to backup my 30+ physical game library. It's a pain in the ass to switch cartridges every time.

That too, i always hated that. I have a crud ton of CD's that i have backed up to my 3TB hard drive. lol. Yes, its a external one.

The N3DS only goes up to 9.5 what does that mean I already know what an emunand is but does that mean us 10.3 N3DS users are limited to no cias?

well if it doesn't work on n3ds I'll just use my original 3ds because I have no use for it

Piracy ruins platforms. Take the PSP as a classic example. i dont support it, but i use it to try the games, then if i like it: i buy it.

I try the games, then i buy if i like it.

Fantastic dude. You know you are part of the 0,1% who does that? The problem with gaming or PC communities, is how often they tend to forget they live in a tiny, isolated island, and most people are not on the same boat as them. Regular people, everyday people, you don't want to give them access to those kind of tools. Cause they don't care for passion, or loving games. They will have two choices: free games, or paid ones. Which do you think they'll choose? If I downgrade my 3DS, I will do piracy, cause I am gonna want to play a number of games I wouldn't be able to afford, but that doesn't mean I am not gonna buy those 3 or 4 games a year that I really love, like Smash Bros or Monster hunter, and that will be more than enough to make Industry run itself. Most people won't, they will just get free games, indefinitely. And for our friend mahmutpek, I hope in your country people are respectful enough to do that, but not in other parts of the world.

Which ones? Emulators!? Emulators mean piracy! I tried retroarch and I havent 60 fps on gba games. But we can buy vc games on eshop (snes nes gba)!
