While not tactful in the least, he's pretty much spot on.heres an update just wait
More like:heres an update just wait
You have a new 3DS, right? In that case, don't update, because snshax, that will probably come first, only works on 10.1 and below.Well, crud. I've missed a lot it seems! Hiya, 3DS community!
I'm still on 9.9 So really, there's no point in upgrading? Some people recommend if you're on 9.9 to just update to 10.3 since the exploit should work for all firmwares, but it seems kind of risky and the first post here recommends not to.

Ok, but seriously, do you guys think that nintendo will make it so you can't launch ANYTHING without updating?
Thanks! I am already on 10.3 but have Shufflehax installed ad a last resort. Personally, I think Nintendo is going to go full fuck it mode because they have never tried harder to protect their systems and 3 people walk up to a microphone, and practically give everyone full kernel access. I am pretty sure they will stop supporting protection on o3ds and focus on n3ds.Nintendo could have implement that in one of the latest firmwares as a last-resort measure for all we know. But as long as you keep your firmware at the lowest that you can, you reduce the possibility of that happening. Also, just make sure your wifi switch is off all the time except when you need it so there is no way your 3DS will communicate with Nintendo's servers.

And saves a lot of it. Goddamn addictive but battery killer StreetPass. That's a good sign! Although, that message was not just to you, but everyone. Besides, having wifi turned off saves battery life. XD
Fixed for accuracy.they should look for a kernal flaw in the 3ds that is not possible to ever create
