I wonder though, if we can downgrade all the way to 1.0?

If there were some laying around, it'd give some of the homebrew developers some free roam to play with as they could work on their own OS with this, or by odds, they could use KTM/mch2 to flash custom firmware that they make. Theoretically, would give them access to (though old as albeit) kernals, ARM9 and ARM11, amongst the rest of the FIRMs too, but i think the keys would probably pose a problem somewhere down the road if i'm not mistaken.

I just use a R4 clone on my DS Lite, because it stopped working on my DSi, and I sold that to get a used DS Lite. Using a CIA I should be able to use that R4 on my 3DS though, I saw a thread here about a CIA that lets you use Flashcards that worked at one point in 3DS Update history.

Needs to investigate what are those titles. If those makes sense, I can search the 9.0 list for KOR and TWN.
