I've had no issues with it on Windows 10, and the latest nightly builds have made multiple games fully playable to completion for me (albiet really slow at times during cutscenes/movies)

They should all load, "playable" no, they have crashes at different spots, may need to use cheats or save files to make it all the way through.

If you get purple text in log with a PANIC then you need the dump of the "home folder" from a 3DS.

No, you need to dump de NAND files yourself from your own 3DS. You can do this by following the steps here https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/wiki/Home-Folder

This here is some good quality build, I've reached 800 fps in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate with it (even with V-Sync on, because my frames "never gonna let you down"...)
