Well. The only way to surpass the "obtain loop" on every Pokemon game is to dump your actual 3DS game with Gateway 3DS.
Don't have a 3DS? Sorry man. But you got to do that.
I have a 2DS(as you can see on my Profile Pic) but I don't have Gateway 3DS.

This is an emulator in development, don't expect stable and smooth gameplay yet. Don´t think there's a fix that can be done right now for that

I just ask if anybody has this issue or not?

Not quite though. When there's a cutscene, it stuck on an endless loop. I download an Alpha Sapphire save which you will fight Primal Kyogre and turns out that its a blackscreen loop.
RIP Primal Kyogre Cutscene.

Also this explain the blackscreen in the beginning of the game in Pokemon X and Y.
Fletchling cutscene kills it all!

you should know that you cant enter battle with jit shader on.disable it before you start a battle.

Well. As I said,
