Dear GBAtemp community,
I am a new member to GBAtemp, so I cannot create a thread in the Ask! section. I apologize in advance.
Right now, I am trying to go into the hacking of a specific game (Fire Emblem Fates USA Special Edition), but I have a few problems. One of those is that I am terrible at hacking via hex editing. In order to resolve this, I tried to use a respective archiving tool for the game (FEAT). However, I do not own a 3ds (it broke) and do not know how to process my copy of the game without using a 3ds. What I mean by process is to do so according to this link (http://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-decrypt-extract-rebuild-3ds-cia-cxi-files.383055/). It involves using Decrypt9, but I cannot do so because I have no access to gateway 3ds. This is incredibly frustrating to me due to the fact that I have never had this much difficulty hacking any other mechanism in my life. I apologize for the burden.
Sincerely,
Teodoro
