Hardware .ciso images

I want to be able to install .ciso compressed isos for use in usb loader 1.5. The only tools i can find are for PSP and dont work for me (Vista x86) WBFS Manager 2.5 doesn't recognise them either.
Please can anyone point me in the right direction, thanks.

i do not think cisoes can be use other than on the psp.

if you install games using any wbfs manager it will auto scrub

p.s.

scrub is the equivalent of csos in the wii

That's what I thought, alt.binaries.games.wii has now started getting them in that format. Wiiscrubber doesnt recognise them.
