I have my DNS set to tubehax so I am not especially worried still have my red X 
but I blocked Nintendo update servers listed in the main hack thread in the Parental controls of a Cisco DPC3928D and they are still available.
Just a heads up and wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and knew of a fix.
