IOS36 -> required by most homebrew and games
IOS37 -> Required for music games and Monster Hunter Tri, WiiSpeak
IOS38 -> WiiSpeak
IOS53 -> WiiFit Plus
IOS55 -> WiiSpeak, and several newer games that give error #002 without it
IOS56 -> used by Beatles Rock Band and Super Mario Galazy 2
IOS57 -> Enhanced USB Support, possibly ethernet support
IOS60 -> SDHC Support
IOS61 -> SDHC Support
IOS70 -> SDHC Support
IOS80 -> SDHC Support

filled in with info from wiibrew.

recommended installation would seem to be cIOS 249 base 57, cIOS 250 base 37

So yeah, the real Triiforce doesnt work for me with this new CIOS, i will keep rev 17 installed.

So the best IOS to install as base is 57?
yes
249 -> install base 57
250 -> install base 37
btw on the subject of slots, I believe 254 is where bootmii IOS resides, so probably don't want to put anything there

Can someone tell us if MPT work from USB?
Or even any alt.dol game?
- IOS reload block implemented (only works correctly with DVD titles).
So use the normal alt.dol method, still works perfect!

it requires 37 I believe, but you may be able to get fancy and merge 38 with 37 to get full wii speak features involved. (Hermes v4 does this) not sure if you can merge with waninkoko's installer or not.

waninkoko's installer can't merge, but it's not needed anymore. wiispeak should work with IOS37 base only. Oh, and Monster Hunter Tri need IOS37 base.

Yea I know, I meant that in the guide 249 and 250 had those cios bases

I only installed the updated version of 37 base because I needed it for something when I was installing some apps, cant remember at the top of my head but its fine if you installed that one, doesnt effect the others in anyway

EDIT just checked aboves comment and I remember now, monster hunter needed it

Thanks both for the answer.
If you install 249 with ciosx rev20, this doesn't autoinstall a 250 like lastest older versions?

And also, this ciosx have all ok? Not broken features?

Triiforce seems to be still broken...

right, it lets you install 249 and 250 separately like hermes' installer.
haven't ran into anything broken yet, but read the other posts in the thread about triiforce if you use that.
