Hacking cIOS_rev9

Ive softmodded a wii using bannerbomb but I cannot find cIOS_rev9 anywhere. Ive got the softmii pack. Am I looking for the wrong this is it not included in the pack? If not where can I find it?? Cheers guys

it's illegal to ask for cIOS here... there is even a sticky which says no cIOS files here...

but just find the cIOS_rev9 installer and use that to install it over wi-fi or from an original 'IOS36-64-v1042.wad'
