hi, i found Rhythm Tengoku as .cia for installing on rxtools or another CFW, can i transform it to .3ds with a program so it can be played on a sky3ds?????
CIA's cannot run on sky3ds. And no, transforming them to .3ds will not magically fix them.

No, once a .3ds-format game has been converted to a CIA, it can't be turned back into a .3ds file that the Sky3DS can use. Sky3DS can only run unmodified ROMs*.

*I'm not sure if CFW would even help with running modified ROMs on Sky. My guess is no.

If the CFW patches the RSA sigcheck, then yes.

But it won't help you to install the rom on the card with diskwriter in the first place if the rom doesn't match anything in the Sky3ds template (I'm guessing, converting a CIA back to 3ds would alter headers).

what would happen if sky3ds team added the altered cia-to-3ds info to the diskwriter?
