Hacking CIA Installed but not showing on home screen

I booted via menuhax and install legit CIA via NASA on firmware 10.2 after reboot to home screen the app isnt showing up... Am i missing a step? i have tried installing 3 times

Yes. You should install A9LH.

Are you sure you installed it to SD and not NAND?
