Hacking Cht File not workin on R4 correctly.PLZ HELP.

Ok so the other night i put a .cht file on my r4 because i couldnt get the .dat file to work. Im pretty sure i put it on there right because the cheats are showing up on the R4 and i enable them but when i go into game they dont work. And ive tried different cheats but all the same. Please Help. Here is the code i am using.

I don't mean to police you but since you're new here, it's frowned upon to make multiple threads about the same/similar issue. Most people that do this in a way that is considered a problem actually do this in multiple forums though..
