Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I thought I'd say what I know.
From what I was told by mon0, one of his friends left (the guy with the databases and NFOs) and mon0 was forced to run the site himself. He got it back up temporarily, but decided to take it down. I haven't heard from him since.
