Hacking Cheats not working

i decided to update my cheat db but now i have this problem.

the thing says cheat file not found even though i can browse directly to the cheat file when i select it, it says the same thing then it wont allow me to rebuild.. whats going on with my card? the .xml cheat file works but it freezes partway through the rebuilding

i wish the problem were that simple.... cheats are enabled

the card simply recognizes the cheat file but says no cheats were found

Back up files, reformat with the Panasonic Formatter, install a fresh copy of AKAIO 1.6RC2, & finally download and copy over the Cheat DB again.

never ever bother to use .xml..........

use usrcheat.dat
