Hacking Cheat system is flawed

When cheats are loaded up from a custom file, it cuts the really lengthy cheats down.
Example:


Original:

200000 0000000
300000 0000000
400000 0000000
500000 0000000
600000 0000000
700000 0000000
800000 0000000
900000 0000000

After:
100000 0000000
200000 0000000
300000 0000000
400000 0000000
500000 0000000


This has happened to me on multiple games with all cheats that extend past a certain length
