Press DUP and select a character. Press ZL to apply to the selected character. Exit this screen and see the stats updated. I suspect it works all the time with this selected character but you need to wait for a refresh to see it. Say you press ZL while walking you have to go into character screen to see the change. If you press ZL in the character screen you have to exit the screen to see the change. I didn't play that far into the game can only tell that it works for two characters. You don't get 500 it will be set to the max for that character by the game.
These work very well for me and I am already advanced in the game, the only thing is that if you put the cursor on a player, the cheat is changed to that player.
As you say. I don't know why it doesn't work for him. @M34TH34D
*** And the value is never reflected on the HUD but is there.
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition (America) US 3.7

that's for you cheatslips also works for (Europe)

Maybe a weird question but what is the better version (US or EU) to have when the game gets an update and the likelihood of the cheats getting updated?

The memory is good for the stage as long as you don't die. So freezing the memory is as good as it gets, making it a code make no difference except occasionally code can work for the same stage when you reload the game.

With the condition key the value is hacked only when the key is pressed. So yes, as said before the value will be set to the max of the character when it get refreshed on the screen and go down from there unless you press ZL which will set it to 500 again.

There are several points to note when using this code:
1) If the code is opened for too long, the code at the end may become invalid. When encountering this situation, it is recommended to close all those codes with "-", and then open the codes that need to be used one by one.
2) Weapon enhancement does not change the weapon ID. It was originally a master sword, but after using the code, it is still a master sword, but it will be enhanced to level 30 and can be equipped with 6 types of imprints.
3) After strengthening the weapon with this code, the attack power will be increased to 9999. When the weapon is synthesized again, the attack power will be restored, and it will be between 100 and 200.
4) I used the six kinds of imprints as shown in the figure below. If you don't like it, you can modify the last line of each group of codes to 680F11E0 0004074A50021514, where 04 07 4A 50 15 14 are 6 kinds of imprint IDs. You can try to change and check such numbers (or you can also take a reference from CJB's spreadsheet

Tried everything with noexs, edizon and sx cheater, but I can't find the offset. Would be nice if someone could develop a cheat code for "no damage" or "invicible/inf health" for Sniper Elite 4.
i think he were referring to the items you cant buy...possibly battlefield spoils.
in fact, that code was what i had to use and "sell" to get the number up to what i needed, rather than wait on a merchant who might never have what i need....
