You can search bookmark too. You can also refresh bookmark(ZL+minus) which remove all with pointer that isn't valid at the time. If you already know the address that you want hack it to a value that is distinct then search for it will remove all those with wrong pointer.

yes I know but most of the time even doing like you said im still having a lot and that candidates is only for 1 cheat.
Normally after restarting many will be no good. You can change the directory so you can do a different search. ZL+B to see the option screen. Use B, L, R, ZL, ZR to choose which directory is used for search. You can also choose to use either the main directory or one of the directory 1,2,3,4 for your bookmark. Use the separate bookmark option
Just load the save game after finishing it. It should load before going to the last region. You can explore from there. i suggest you unlock/discover all the teleporters so that you can easily jump/fast travel to different regions using teleporters. it's fun to 100% each region a lot of puzzles even with cheats.
if you do final boss yes all is blocked and ya must escape, but whitout doing it no all is open
